 | Record year for mobile shipments in 07/08 Late in 2007 AMTA reported on strong growth in mobile phone handset shipments with the total for the first 6 months of 2007/08 just over 5.5 million shipments reflecting an increase of 22% over the same period in 06/07. Figures just in reveal a record 07/08 result with shipments totalling just under 9.87 million. |
