New Code to tackle mobile premium services complaints
The Australian Mobile Telecommunications Association (AMTA) expects the industry?s strong response to consumer complaints about mobile premium services will assist in delivering a better and more satisfying experience for customers of services such as ringtones, music, games, competitions and sports scores.
