EME Update, which is the Australian Mobile Telecommunications Association’s bulletin publishing regular information on health and safety issues related to the mobile telecommunications industry, was released this week.
The latest edition deals with the recent publication of Interphone, the biggest study of its kind undertaken into the potential impacts of mobile phones. It was co-ordinated by the International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC), which is part of the World Health Organization (WHO), and adds to a large body of existing research into health effects of radiofrequency emissions.
