Optus staff round up mobiles for recycling as part of Earth Hour

To coincide with Earth Hour, Optus will be encouraging staff to get involved beyond switching off their lights for an hour this Saturday night by promoting a number of environmental initiatives next Tuesday 30th March.

These range from how to save water through to how do I recycle at home and at work. This will also include an Australia- wide internal mobilemuster at each Optus site. Almost 12,000 Optus staff will receive an Optus branded reply-paid recycling satchel on their desk inviting them to clean out their drawers of any old handsets, batteries, chargers and accessories for recycling. Milton MobileMuster will be making an appearance at the Optus Centre Sydney at Macquarie Park on Tuesday 30th March to give staff a helping hand on rounding up their old phones and recycling them with MobileMuster.
