A Guide to Choosing a Mobile Phone for people with Disabilities
This Guide was developed and tested with input from members of the mobile phone industry, relevant regulatory bodies and organisations representing people with disabilities.

This document is presented as a form so that you can print it out, make your selections and take it to the mobile phone retailer when you are ready to make a purchase. Most retailers will have at least some experience in dealing with customers with a disability and some will have special features which will assist in the process eg TTY facilities or hearing loops.
